how the fire started?
I'm pretty sure. Man named Vernon -- he borrowed a lighter from customer and go to bathroom. He come back and leave. Then smoke comes out and I tell everybody OUT! and call fire department.
This
is a good question ask. He may be in a position to know what happened.
